Evaluation of Yield and Yield Parameters for Advanced Bread Wheat Lines

چکیده
Islah çalışmalarında belirlenen amaca uygun genotiplerin seçimi, çalışmanın sağlıklı bir şekilde yürütülmesi için önem arz etmektedir. Bu noktada oluşturulan popülasyonun karakterize edilmesi elzemdir. Çalışmada bazı ileri ekmeklik buğday hatlarının tarla koşullarında morfolojik özellikleri incelenmiştir. Araştırmada 18 adet hattı ve iki kontrol çeşidi, tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre 3 tekrarlamalı olarak yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada, bitki boyu (46.73-67.20 cm), başak uzunluğu (6.47-9.08 başakta başakçık sayısı (15.20-18.67 adet/başak), tane (27.00-53.43 ağırlığı (1.11-1.82 g), bin (30.02-42.88 g) verimi (134.58-346.33 kg/da) Çalışma neticesinden elde edilen verileri doğrultusunda, özellikle yapısı bakımından ön plana çıkan genotipler olduğu tespit edilmiştir. DZT-11 DZT-17 yönünden, DZT-4 hattının en yüksek DZT-20 ise yönünden ideal oldukları saptanmıştır.
